I have a Dell Latitude E5450. I had to reinstall Windows but now it keeps restarting and displays "Press F1 to reboot or F2 to enter setup". Anyone has any suggestions or fixes for this issue? It looks like there are many settings in the BIOS. Thanks.

Verify if the BIOS recognizes any storage before installing the operating system, and also consider using the Dell OS utility.

According to the instructions, please revise your post with complete details about the system hardware and operating system. Also, clarify the behavior when F1 or F2 is activated and confirm whether F2 reaches the setup stage.

It might just be the BIOS setting defaults, including time and date.
The issue could repeat because Windows detects a newer date than what it reads from the BIOS during startup.

Attempted to reset the default settings but it didn't work. The "Add Boot Option" option appears in the boot sequence selection with various choices. I'm unsure which one to choose. This was a feature in previous Dell laptops.
