PC started with AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz processor on a Gigabyte B650M DS3H AM5 motherboard (F2 BIOS update). RAM installed was G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30. SSD used Crucial P3 Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 NVME drive. Graphics card selected was XFX Speedster MERC 319 Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB. Powered by Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 PE 850 W (80+ Gold). CPU cooler was Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM. Initially the system booted, but the display logo never disappeared after reaching it. Fans increased speed briefly, then slowed again, causing the screen to flicker but still showing "gigabyte" before looping. After resetting ftpm, the screen disappeared permanently. I could enter BIOS, but nothing shut down. During bootlooping, lights stayed on and fans kept spinning. I reset CMOS, received a "boot failure detected" message, and the system would restart into looping regardless of settings. RAM was seated properly, yet the build failed to boot at all. Unknown why it keeps refusing to start.

It looks like you’re about to tackle hardware roulette. Begin by constructing it without the case. Remove all components except RAM, CPU, motherboard, and power supply. Use the built-in graphics. Power it on by connecting the power pins in the f-panel set—use a screwdriver to bridge the circuit, then disconnect once it starts. If it loops, check the motherboard first. If it still loops, return it to the case and restart with a screwdriver. Once it boots, connect the f-panel cables. Proceed step by step.

It never started up, probably because the case is damaged. As suggested earlier, try working outside it. Edit: It does boot, but not to Windows. Have you updated the BIOS? Edit: You should have removed the CMOS battery for about 30 minutes.

It works, but it doesn’t boot into Windows. This is likely because it’s a fresh installation (should have mentioned that). I haven’t removed the CMOS battery, and I tried, but I’m not sure how to do it for this particular board. I’ll give it a shot with the CMOS battery next.

I believe returning the motherboard might be a good idea, want to check it out.

I've encountered a similar problem where my PC runs at 5900x on an x570 board. After swapping the board, I still faced freezing issues with the motherboard logo. Even after booting into Windows, it would lock up. Since the swap didn't resolve it, I thought CPU instability might be the cause. I added a voltage offset and it fixed the problem completely.

Troubleshooting steps were:
1. Reinstall Windows
2. Update BIOS
3. Checked for loose cables (none found)
4. Reseated RAM
5. Used different RAM slots
6. Reinstalled Windows again
7. Cleared CMOS (helped a bit)
8. Disabled fastboot (boots into Windows but resets after seconds)
9. Tried booting into Linux via USB (no success)
10. Hired someone to assist (no guidance)
11. Applied voltage offset for stability (now working)
