PC keeps freezing ?

I'm facing issues with my computer. Initially, the monitors would shut down unexpectedly, but the machine itself kept running. Now it completely freezes. I've tried everything possible to diagnose the problem, yet I'm still stuck. I believe there are no viruses present on the system. Since I only play games on the PC, any assistance in resolving this or identifying the cause would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need more details—I might require some support to access the necessary information.

It seems to be around four years old. The operating system is Windows 10 Home, with an Intel Core™ i5-9600K CPU running at 3.70GHz and 32 GB of RAM. The graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. It hasn't been overclocked before.

Is the computer powering down and the screens becoming blank only during gaming sessions, or does this occur while using the PC for browsing?
