The issue originates from the VRMs. Shared because it caused confusion. My PC behaves differently than the game—it’s not just inside the game environment. Restarting or shutting down is necessary, even from the Windows interface. I reinstalled Windows and all drivers, updated everything, but the problem persists randomly. When I try to restart via Windows and cancel the process, it stops unexpectedly. Unknown why. My system specs: Ryzen 7 2700X Biostar X370GT7, 16GB RAM, 3000MHz, GTX 1080, cougar gx1050, Gold 80+. I also noticed an error on my motherboard—possibly a memory issue (EE or 33). I moved the CPU sticks in every slot but had no success and tried reseating the processor.
