Hi,
I've been playing this game since its release, but once I started the campaign it would freeze after a few minutes. The only solution was pressing the physical reset button. I've already updated the AMD driver (for an RX 580). Could you suggest anything else? I'm not sure how to update the game—it's available through the Xbox app and Game Pass for PC. Thanks.

Would you like to reduce your GPU's power for smoother gameplay? This doesn't seem logical at first, but it can help.

Attempting to pinpoint the issue, basic fixes should suffice. -100mhz or -150mhz are adequate. If reducing them didn’t prevent freezing, the card might be unstable at default settings. Send a return request.

Can you verify the card's stability with software rather than playing it? Like a stress test?

Yes, you are able to download Unigine Superposition or Valley. Superposition is newer and requires more graphics intensity.
