My computer won't power up at all.
The GPU is lit red, but connecting an ethernet cable doesn't activate the internet lights. Pressing the power button or attempting a jump start from the motherboard doesn't work. The PSU is functioning independently.
I own an ASUS 4090, an ASUS Z790-P Wi-Fi, Corsair RM1000x, an i7 processor, and 32GB TRIDEN TZ.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide detailed system specifications. List them clearly as requested:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
I tested the PSU and it functions independently.
Please clarify further. The paper clip method doesn't indicate the actual power output under load.
