So this is my first PC build and I went a bit overboard by trying to overclock my Ryzen 5 2600.
I was using Ryzen Master, went into the OC profile, increased the voltage, ran a stress test – it reached up to 3.85 GHz but the temperature soared, hitting just above 100°C before dropping back down. After testing, I started playing LoL.
Around halfway through the game, my PC would freeze and require a restart. It keeps freezing during bootup after about five seconds. I've changed HDDs, reinstalled Windows, used recovery tools, checked the CMOS battery – nothing seems to work.
I’m not sure if the issue is with the motherboard or CPU, so I need to figure out which one is more likely and replace it.

Removing the mobo battery, unplugging the power cable, and keeping the power button pressed for 20 seconds can reset the BIOS, which may resolve the issue.

I've attempted to reset Bio's available time during startup, but after saving an exit it freezes when attempting to boot again.

When entering Bio, it displays the CPU temperature and lets you adjust the OC settings. However, determining whether the MB is actually reading the CPU remains challenging. Since viewing BIOS causes the system to freeze or lock up, even in safe mode, it's difficult to confirm the status.

I attempted to hear the beeps, but since I'm using headphones, my PC lacks speakers and I didn't receive any sound through them.

It seems you're referring to an Asus Prime m450b-a motherboard.

Do you understand that the voltage is set to its standard, though you might have restricted the BIOS? Even if I don’t manage to start, I can try booting the HDD or SSD via the BIOS.

The VCORE is back to 1.2. I've attempted to start the HDD and SDD via Bio's and the F8 boot menu, but they all behave the same as during the regular boot. I've also tried installing a new HDD with fresh data cables and updating to a new Windows 10 OS, yet it still locks up.

Remove the CPU to check for any damage.
