Turned off the PC once used. When powered down it wouldn’t restart. I’ve been checking and the power supply still works. [Paper clip technique]. After cutting all power to the motherboard and reconnecting, the back panel lights up—Mobo: Aorus Elite B560M PSU: Corsair CV650 Updated: All four LEDs are now blinking once.

Wrong side and area of the motherboard for them to be debug LEDs though. And my previous 1700 rig's MSI B450M Bazooka isn't advertised RGB either, but it has a similar arrangement that glows, I guess sort of a 'simulated' RGB. Here's a link to the manual for this board, so far, I'm not finding anything that explains what these LEDs / lights are for. https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/M...1002_e.pdf
