My computer starts up but doesn’t display anything. There’s no output from the screen. After replacing the motherboard and CPU, I’ve noticed problems with my graphics card. It should function normally, yet the screen goes black and the monitor reports no connection. The PC won’t power off, and audio devices remain active. Restarting helps temporarily. Now it seems like the system is completely unresponsive. My hardware specs are listed below:

- Motherboard: Asrock B450-M Pro4
- CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
- GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
- Power Supply: EVGA 550W
- RAM: DDR4 24GB (one 8GB module, one 16GB module)
- Storage: HDD and an SATA SSD

Additional observations: When powering on, the GPU fan and HDD spin up, but nothing else works. The monitor turns on as if receiving a signal, yet it shows no input. After turning on the power button, the system won’t shut down, requiring manual intervention to cut power. The motherboard lacks status LEDs, and there are no beep codes. It appears the PSU may not provide enough wattage for the current load. This issue began after I swapped the components, as my previous CPU had a much lower TDP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—preferably to avoid purchasing a new GPU.
