1. Cable might be the issue along with the monitor.
2. If changing those items still doesn’t fix it, try using just one RAM stick and verify it’s listed in the motherboard’s support list.
3. Restarting the CPU reinstall could help.

If all the steps you tried didn’t help, consider swapping the mainboard. Without a screen, there aren’t many options left.
