Can I get assistance with this? I’ve been using my PC for a year, but after installing a Windows quality update, it started crashing repeatedly. I had already turned off and reset the CMOS and connected a new power source. Now the PC turns on but nothing functions properly, and a CPU white debug light is visible. The build details can be found here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8c34Q6

I don't recall the last time I performed a bios update being similar to when I first built it.

What troubleshooting measures have you attempted so far? Have you checked if the RAM was properly seated?
The CPU debug LED indicates a CPU problem, though it functioned normally, suggesting the issue likely lies elsewhere in the system.

I gave the RAM a fresh install, but it feels strange because the screen still doesn’t show anything. I only had one RAM module in, the CPU indicator was off, yet the computer wouldn’t start, while the other had the CPU light lit on, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

I did the reseating and placed it in the 1st and 4th slots. Now my PC is functioning properly. The placement in those positions doesn't significantly affect RAM optimization, right?

that's the only method you have, so it probably doesn't matter much.
