There are various utilities available, such as CPU-z, GPU-z, and others that explore these details. I will rely on the overclocking community for diagnostic purposes regarding those tools. The issue might stem from an unknown or unexpected application running in the background, consuming resources the game needs. Disabling or stopping such apps could enhance performance.

Observe the tiny downward arrow in the Memory column header (indicating "__ % Memory"). This suggests the column supports sorting. Choose the CPU column and click the header to arrange it. The goal is to identify which component is consuming the most CPU usage.

The displayed list seems ordered from lowest to highest, displaying only 0% entries.

For better insights, consider using Resource Monitor with its visual charts.

I’ve watched closely. Nothing raises any concerns.

I ran Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and found no thermal throttling. The motherboard VR was also inactive.
