I've been trying to identify the reason behind my PC's frequent stuttering and slow performance during everyday activities such as browsing, launching applications, and watching YouTube videos for months. Despite using standard troubleshooting methods like checking CPU and GPU temperatures via HWinfo or monitoring task manager usage, I haven't found a clear explanation. I've repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the motherboard and GPU drivers, but nothing has resolved the issue. I'm now seeking advice that could help pinpoint the cause of my PC's problems, and I've attached screenshots of my Latencymod, HWinfo, and task manager for reference.

If you have an extra SSD available, turn off all drives except the spare one, install the OS in offline mode, and install all necessary drivers manually with the latest versions. This could help detect any latency issues. It would also be wise to recreate your bootable USB installer to exclude a corrupted setup.

Apologies, I mistakenly omitted updating the outline to fit my motherboard model. I have the Z790 Gaming Plus Wifi, and my BIOS is the most recent version [H.90 7/31/2025]. It contains the network adapter I referenced. The PSU is three years old, and it has only been supplying power to this GPU since installation. I verified for any SSD firmware updates via the app, and everything appears current. I also attached a Disk Management screenshot.
If the RAM runs at 6400MHz, I recommend first disabling the overclock in the BIOS and testing it at its standard speed (usually 4800MHz for DDR5). Also remember that the specifications for your Intel i7-12700K CPU only ensure stability when the RAM is clocked at 4800MHz. Some versions of the i7-12700K can handle faster RAM speeds, but stability isn't assured. When facing these problems, open the Task Manager, go to the Performance section, and click on the Memory icon. Capture a screenshot of that view, paying attention to the bottom numbers.
