Hey guys, today I realized that my computer was making a weird noise when it was turned on. I opened it to record the audio and caught it on tape, but I do not know what it is since I couldn't physically see any issues. Here's the audio file:
You can hear the noise at 00:20.
I am running a RX 6600, Ryzen 3 3300x, 32 gigs of ram G.SKILL Aegis (8x4 pack), Pure Power 11 600W PSU and one HDD and one SSD.
I suspect it's the CPU because I am gonna clean it today, but I wanted to know if this is indicative of a different issue perhaps?

unless you have an AIO, the only moving parts are fans so i would clean them and check if it still happens.

I don't own an AIO, but I removed the CPU fan (GPU and PSU are brand new and nothing else was dirty), yet it continues to produce the same noise.

Test by turning off fans individually and observing the change in noise.
