I built a new setup recently. After powering it on, the LEDs and fans activated but nothing appeared on screen. The DRAM indicator lit up and disappeared after re-seating the components. I tried connecting my old GPU, which failed to work, and then switched to using one graphics card. It seemed to restore the DRAM light until I used a single stick. Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps?

Let your computer rest for some time. You may see a black screen for 10 to 30 minutes. I don't know why this happens, but I've experienced it after a fresh installation.

Are your RAM modules correctly positioned? Are the A2 and B2 BIOS versions current?

I left it running for an hour without posting any updates, changed the motherboard, and now the CPU and RAM lights are active.

I resolved the problem by fixing the faulty PCIe port on my old board. Upgrading the board fixed most of the issues and introduced new ones, but the system is now working properly.
