Hello,
I've been facing several BSODs on my PC. I replaced the case, memory, and CPU fan. Initially, I used 16 GB of Patriot Viper RAM, thinking it was the cause, but now I'm using 8 GB of Corsair Vengeance. I also updated the BIOS and installed a new Windows 11 installation, yet the problem persists.
Here are my specifications:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: MSI B450M Bazooka Plus
GPU: Radeon RX 6600
PSU: 650W
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz 8GB
I've attached the minidump for reference.
Thank you, I hope someone can assist with my issue.

The dumps encounter various issues with bugchecks and fail during kernel operations. This points toward hardware problems, especially since a Windows reinstall didn’t resolve the issue and RAM is frequently mentioned.
It seems the RAM replacement might be the cause, possibly due to a faulty slot or motherboard.
Testing the CPU stress could also be relevant.
Download Prime95 and execute the three tests sequentially—small FFTs, large FFTs, and Blend—for at least two hours each.
Ensure a temperature monitor is installed (such as CoreTemp) and halt the tests if the CPU exceeds 95°C.
If the system experiences a BSOD, crashes, Prime95 logs errors, or overheating occurs, stop the tests and inform us of the outcome.

This suggests a potential problem with the motherboard.

There seems to be a hardware issue, but figuring it out could be difficult. The extensive FFT and Blend tests also evaluate RAM (and RAM access) while putting pressure on the CPU, so problems here might point to a memory issue. It could also be related to the motherboard or power supply, but I believe a CPU problem is more probable.

I also tried to run OCCT (auto) for power configuration for 30 minutes as i assumed it was a PSU issue before. However i tried to run CPU test on OCCT and gave errors and system crashed with BSOD.
I ran a second test and this is the result:
Also when I checked the CPU when installing a new CPU fan, thermal paste was close to non existent - note this my son's computer. Also when doing some testing with RAM, LED light on mono is on for CPU even after inserting new and old RAM.
How can I check whether this is a mobo or CPU failure to avoid multiple purchases? will this be a mobo issue in the long run as well?

I don't know the OCCT tool at all, but from that screenshot it's reporting CPU errors. As I said, hardware isn't my area of expertise, but you have to start somewhere with problems like this. It's my opinion that your problem is more likely to be the CPU than anything else. If it were mine I'd replace the CPU first.
