You're not sure if the problem is with your GPU since you have an 1060, but in games like Destiny 2 you're using low settings yet experiencing high GPU usage (over 92%) even when idle. The lag happens even without a game running. Any advice would be appreciated—I really need help and can't afford a new GPU right now

11-12-2016, 03:52 PM #2Did you unintentionally start recording or streaming via a hotkey you didn’t notice? A user reported a similar issue yesterday. Review your task manager to check system resource consumption.
