Hey everyone, thanks for your patience. I'm new with English, so here are my notes about the PC issues. My machine keeps getting errors labeled whea_uncorrectable_error. I've tried almost everything online: turning it on and off, power cycles, refreshing RAM, checking CPU temps, updating software, reinstalling Windows, and cleaning up stuff. My specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, ROG Strix X570 gaming, MSI Gaming X Trio RTX 3070, 2x GSKILL AEGIS DDR4 16GB at 3200MHz, Samsung 980 Pro 1TB SSD, Toshiba 1TB HDD, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240, Corsair 4000D airflow. It's a bit tricky to figure out what's causing the problem.

During a BSOD, Windows may generate a crash dump file saved to c:\windows\memory.dmp or within c:\windows\minidump based on your settings. For guidance on examining memory dump files (.dmp) in Windows 10, refer to the How to Analyze Memory Dump Files guide from helpdeskgeek.com. If multiple dumps exist in the folder, review them to identify consistent drivers or programs triggering the issue.

After updating my BIOS, the issue resolved. The dump file shows relevant data points: CPU time, debug values, memory peaks, and system timestamps. No critical errors detected.

You can observe the memory dump indicating the crash originated from "VoiceControlEngine.exe". I recommend halting this process first to determine if the issue resolves. This file is included in MSI Control Center; consider uninstalling it entirely and verify whether the problem persists. Alternatively, you may disable the "MSI_VoiceControl_Service" entry in services.msc without installing the software.

I've reviewed the remaining three dump files. It seems Chrome was involved twice and voicemod once, which might indicate it's not a program issue.

Check if IMAGE_NAME matches "AuthenticAMD.sys." If yes, update the latest AMD chipset driver. Use the "windows memory diagnostic" tool to run a test.

Consider turning off fast startup to potentially resolve the issue mentioned. This approach is suggested in the referenced guide.
