Without costly gear, the only real way to check PSUs is by applying a load within its specified wattage and observing for shutdowns. The unit you have seems solid and handles heat well.

Just received the RAM yesterday. Early today I installed it and performed a complete reinstall of the window using only the latest drivers, along with Steam and Rocket League. The same issues persisted, it seems unrelated to the RAM.

I was still playing in-game and considered downloading Elden Ring instead:
My Netgraph showed these changes:
Constant huge FPS drops and poor performance during freeplay (solo training mode).
Now I realize the freezing always occurred in online matches. After restarting to freeplay, it stopped or reduced significantly, though not completely.

I tried using wlan and a new Ethernet cable but didn’t notice any improvement. I can stream at 5 1080p without any unusual issues.

Could this be related to something else?

It seems there might be an issue with your network connection. I’d suggest trying to connect using a different device, such as a USB Wi-Fi module, to see if the problem is specific to your motherboard or network setup.

I can try ordering an USB network card just to check. It's odd that I only face issues in games, but when I download a game and have multiple streams open, my PC runs smoothly without noticeable performance drops. Maybe I don't need to worry about the new PSU after all?

Have you checked if any network adapter configurations were altered using the Wi-Fi or Ethernet adapter, and then tested?
Performed a speed test while playing an online game?
Also accessed the modem directly, launched a game online, and examined the modem’s browser window to see the real-time network download speed provided by the service...?

Try this test for packet loss.

Speedtest and network settings appear to be functioning properly. Download speeds seem around 600Mbps when downloading games on Steam, matching my provider’s connection. Packet loss tests showed no issues. I also found a USB Network Adapter in the Device Manager, but it didn’t resolve the problem. However, after checking all cables and opening the case, the issues changed. There were no freezes during the week, but frame rates dropped significantly on screenshots I’ve saved. This effect was noticeable when starting games or just before connecting to a match lobby. The drops became worse right before entering the match lobby. Two times my screen went black for a few seconds, forcing me to restart the game. It’s strange since everything works while gaming. Game downloads are fast, and I can stream multiple channels without buffering. I’m unsure what to adjust or try next. Is the GPU worth considering? The Rocket League Netgraph shows spikes in GPU usage during FPS drops, which makes me wonder if the GPU might be affecting networking performance? I plan to reopen the case later and unplug/reconnect the cables. Uncertain.
