PC is experiencing crashes due to software or application problems.
Hey there, I’m facing some tough stuff with my PC lately. It seems the problem started after adding another 2 sticks of 8GB RAM. It’s the same brand and model (G.Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4 3600). After troubleshooting a few things, I noticed my motherboard (ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4) was restricting the RAM speed. So in BIOS I lowered the RAM speeds to 2133, but I increased the voltage to 1.350V—though I’m not sure if that’s safe. The rest of the hardware is listed below. It feels like there might be a hardware issue, even though I’ve checked registries, scanned for malware, fixed the OS, and tried various software fixes. Still getting random crashes. Could you help me figure this out? Thanks!
Four RAM modules are recognized as problematic, which could explain the concern.
