I wasn't able to capture the screen but it looked like a "POWER_DRIVER_STATE_ISSUE". After trying a restart, nothing changed. Chrome was running with many tabs, Gmail and Discord were open, and YT was also active. When I turned it off and then back on, things didn't reset properly. Once I powered it up, the motherboard lights came on, the CPU fan spun, and the optical drive lit up, but the hard disk light stayed off. The monitor didn't show the BIOS or CPU details, and the motherboard logo wasn't visible either.

I’d remove the GPU and attempt to start up with the monitor attached to the mainboard.

All indications point to a problem. Replace the CPU, RAM, and verify if the power supply activates.

I changed the installation of RAM, GPU, hard drive and SSD; only opening the CPU was what I attempted.

You could increase your chances by testing a different power supply unit. Since the build isn't high-performance, an 800W unit isn't necessary.

I also tried another PSU but it didn’t work; it seems to be the motherboard.

or cpu and ram... yes, it's DDR3. It's a basic system, probably built by someone around the age of ten.

11 years old rig, one RAM stick is brand new, might be CPU. If it’s the CPU, I could ask my parents to let me buy a whole new PC. It’s already past 1 a.m., so I can’t go to the shop right now to test another motherboard, but I’ll do it tomorrow.
