Crash happens with Prime95 using clean boot while external drivers are active at the same time. No BSOD appears, only a black screen.
It seems unusual that it functions in safe mode.
I suspect my Windows clean installation might have gone wrong. I plan to do another install next time. Thanks for your assistance so far.
Update: I performed a clean install but it didn’t help. CPU temperatures stay at 100°C+ during stress tests and crashes. Might be a cooling problem. Ordered a new liquid cooler just in case. Will keep this thread updated.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

In the meantime, I might attempt to reinstall your air cooler. It seems some components of the CPU aren't getting proper cooling due to a poor mount or insufficient thermal grease. This issue could arise from inconsistent pressure during installation.

The problem was mainly about the heat. I used a liquid CPU cooler, installed three additional fans, and now there are no crashes happening. Appreciate everyone helping me.
