Heyo!
I was playing a game on my PC when suddenly the monitor stopped responding to the DP cable. My PC is still running and working fine, and I can hear the game audio clearly, but when trying to move my character, no sound comes through. I’m not sure if everything is normal or if there’s an issue with the monitor connection. Later, I realized I probably made a mistake by turning off the PC. After that, when I try to boot up, the Windows logo appears briefly before a blackish-blue screen stays on forever. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Here are some details:
I have an ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI motherboard.
I’m using a Samsung SSD 980 Pro in the M.2_1 slot, which I think might not be ideal.
I can access BIOS settings.
Fast boot has been disabled.
During startup, the motherboard shows error code 40, which suggests my PC is waking from hibernation.
I’ve checked the GPU cables and the SSD itself.

If you recommend a safe boot, could you provide clear steps? I haven’t managed to set it up yet.
