PC in southern location experiencing internet loss upon Ethernet connection, while other devices behave abnormally.

My friend has been using the same PC for about two years now. At first, his internet connection would intermittently drop, only briefly interrupting for a few seconds. His USB devices would stop working before reconnecting, and the display from the GPU would disconnect and then reappear randomly. There’s also noticeable lag when typing, with the PC occasionally falling behind and then catching up. When not connected to the router, using Wi-Fi devices works perfectly. He recently updated the BIOS, but the problem continues. I don’t know what might be causing it. Any suggestions?
