The system indicates unsupported processor models, so this isn't linked to TPM or secure boot. Devices using Intel 8th gen and AMD Zen 2, along with Qualcomm 7 and 8 series, will satisfy the minimum needs for Windows 11. Models running on 7th gen and AMD Zen 1 should pass the requirements. Note that the Windows 11 page has removed the PC health check app, which is expected to launch soon due to limited detail and accuracy. Your CPU isn’t compatible with this setup. The system needs at least 64GB of free storage, but your drive is nearly full. It might be better to hold off until Microsoft updates the requirements.

Identical outcomes achieved with TPM yet the DEV channel update was received on an i3 7gen.

My setup uses the second generation Ryzen, which should work fine for you.

I believed the only unclear part was the info message, not the full details. The issue stems from having separate partitions for boot, cache, and storage.

It's a 2000 series Ryzen APU that's actually a Zen chip, not a Zen+ model, which means it lacks support. This applies to the rest of the 1000 series Ryzen chips as well. The reason behind this setup is simply explained with a casual tone.
