It seems the GPU has a software switch mode enabled. After changing it and restarting, the system navigated to this page.

It seems the setup is now functioning properly. The installation appears to be working as expected. It might have been the GPU switch or something else that resolved the issue. Thanks for your assistance. The thread has been closed.
