I was checking snd my pc suddenly stopped, along with the fan next to me and the monitor. The fan turned back on but the pc didn't, and I looked to see if the CPU fans spun when it was turned back on, but they didn't, and there were no lights. What happened?

It seems like the power spike from the wall affected your setup, and you're wondering whether you had a surge protector connected to your PC.
