Hello, your PC appears to be stuck in a long-running state in Task Manager, showing a one-week runtime despite frequent restarts. This could indicate a background process or service that's not terminating properly. Check for unresolved tasks, high CPU/memory usage, or stuck applications. Restart the system or use Task Manager to end the problematic process. If the issue persists, consider running a system scan or updating drivers. Let me know if you need further help!

It hasn't been restarted at all. However, if you power it off and it displays this message, it indicates that fast boot is active and a shutdown isn't a true termination. Turn off Fast Boot for a genuine shutdown.

The fast startup feature is turned off, causing both your device and mine to behave similarly.

Interesting, this hasn't appeared on any of my computers—it consistently works perfectly.

Windows introduced a method in Windows 8 to avoid a full shutdown and enter a hibernation state. This speeds up boot time, though it keeps the system powered on in a low-power mode. The concept of fast boot and related features is often used to bypass the BIOS setup during startup.
