Are there any mods active in Fallout 4? Using texture mods that upgrade textures to higher resolutions can cause significant FPS drops. Installing mods might also require adjusting their load sequence to maintain optimal performance.

I had mods active, and I use a lot of them for Fallout 4. They fall under the performance section, and they include some really solid content. With a few of them running, my game runs at 115 FPS consistently without issues. The mods mainly eliminate shadows and grass, but everything else is running at ultra speed and altering some meshes. It really improved the experience. I also do loot.
