I mention that your windows is frozen on the restart screen, which doesn’t mean it will permanently damage your motherboard. The worst outcome might be that your boot drive needs to be formatted and windows reinstalled.

I resolved the issue, likely due to the display settings. I force shut down, but the PC won't boot afterward. I reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery, and everything is now working properly.
