I recently added another Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 stick for my PC, but I kept encountering blue screen crashes with the error code Stop code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. To check, I ran a memory diagnostic in Windows 10 and found issues. I moved the RAM sticks to test if the problem was with a faulty slot. After that, I experienced strange problems such as audio cutting out and Chrome freezing. I restarted the system but still faced boot failures and a gray screen after entering the BIOS menu (the Pro Series MSI display). Should I reinstall Windows, or is there another cause? Also, there’s a strange glossy black spot on the motherboard—do you think it might be related?

I'm not sure about the exact slots or configurations. Could you clarify where your RAM sticks are installed and whether you can access safe mode or use a Windows recovery USB?

the ram sticks are connected to slots A2 and B2, but I don’t believe I can start in safe mode. unfortunately, I don’t have a recovery USB available.
