Interesting fact – games actually help you. For example, because of gaming, you're less prone to nightmares and when they happen, you often experience lucid dreams. This is thanks to the time spent in virtual environments where you can influence the situation. But sometimes, especially in intense moments, nightmares can get much more intense. Reflexes and speed usually improve too – you tend to react faster and stay alert better. In stressful situations like being chased or in danger, gamers are more likely to confront the threat instead of fleeing. A few quick points I recalled.
