Project64 stands out as the top emulator for the N64. 1964 works well as well, though I usually prefer P64. For the SNES, ZSNES is the clear winner—it's the best option available.

A suggestion here: ZSNES offers anti-aliasing features in the video settings, which can enhance game visuals significantly.
