Gaming isn't just about power; it's about the experience itself.
Your computer is a bit stronger, and PCs simply have an inherent advantage.
PC Gaming is always better because the games allow you to do much more and your efforts can carry with you depending on what types of games you play. I have a feeling that if Sony and Microsoft don't do anything that consoles will just be like TV entertainment systems.
The advantages consoles offer over PCs stem mainly from their bigger audience. If consoles vanished suddenly, I’m certain there’d be countless people eager to improve and enhance the PC gaming experience. We’ve already witnessed significant progress with platforms like Steam, which has made the process much more seamless and comprehensive. Soon we’ll see similar improvements on consoles, especially with upcoming SteamOS and related developments. In short, if everyone shifted to PCs, everyone would gain; if everyone switched to consoles, we’d all risk missing out.
