I've heard some discussions among friends about next-gen console titles offering more server locations than PC versions, particularly in regions like North Africa and the Middle East. It seems people think higher sales could mean more servers, which might cause issues with lag and affect performance in competitive play. While I haven't checked the facts yet, it does seem like a plausible concern.

Xbox One servers targeting the Middle East and other regions are expected to launch later this year. The current selection is limited, and I don’t have much information on Sony’s involvement.

this applies only to players who don’t know anyone with an Xbox in the Middle East and Africa—it’s usually a PS3, and they’re less common than PCs.

Yes, there are local servers available for PC in your region. I noticed some for Battlefield 3, but for Battlefield 4 they don’t appear to be present.

In North Africa, most games played resemble crossfire (a title) and metis or are simply old and pirated versions.

If you're in the Gulf, it should work out, though there aren't many PC servers around. What my cousin says, you should be okay with. Turkey, enjoy chatting!
