It's a solid PC game with some arcade elements, and since you enjoy drift titles, you might like "Forza Horizon" series or "Forza Motorsport."

if you want drifting there are two games to look at, firstly live for speed and then there is assetto corsa, both are pretty badass for drifting.

Assetto Corsa works great for drifting, though I’m not sure about GRID 2.

LFS seems really good. Three cars aren't too many, but I might consider buying it.

I really enjoy the DIRT series. They cover a wide range of activities (rally, gymkhana, touring car racing, rallycross, etc.) and they're quite entertaining.

You're seeking a Sim-driven experience centered around customizing street cars. A structured career path exists, allowing progression from basic to premium vehicles. This combination isn't available on PC, though similar ideas appear in Ride, which closely mimics Forza in many aspects but leans more toward motorcycles.

Yes, Dirt 3 includes a drift segment that's really great. Are you interested in playing Dirt Rally? Would you say it's similar to Dirt 3 but with a stronger emphasis on rallying?
