I shoot bullets per minute on the Steam Deck OLED with full screen enabled. The FPS drops from 87 to 90 and then to 92 when I adjust the FPS limiter to 90Hz. After that, switching to borderless causes the problem to vanish.
It's quite unusual! Most people prefer fullscreen, but I'm curious—does it depend on the software it's using?
