It seems there might be an issue. Inspect the CPU cooler, GPU, RAM, and other components. Realign them.

The best chance seems to be the one we hoped for. Other options might involve a broken section stuck down by gravity or a fan that only works when spinning in the opposite direction, which could be tough to find. Locate such items quickly would be ideal. If those don’t work, the problem will become even worse. Start with secure cable connections first—they’re cheap and easy. A fan issue would follow, as it’s not too costly and simple to fix. If neither succeeds, things will get much harder.

You haven't assembled a PC yet—should you go through the rebuild?

Consider a fresh start for everything. Replacing the GPU will need cleaning and reapplication of paste, so this CPU paste might be necessary. It could come before the fans in the “try this next” section. A more affordable option is likely, and using good paste can still help keep the machine cooler even if it’s cheaper. He’s explaining his issue and mentions possible fixes. He notes problems like power loss, wattman reset, and display glitches under certain conditions. He’s asking if any solution might help before confirming further.

I observed that my CPU temperature stayed at 65°C during idle mode, but rose to around 90°C under load. After reseating the GPU and CPU following a thorough cleaning, the issues stopped occurring. Thank you for your assistance.
