I'm facing an unusual issue as described. The system won't restart even during normal operation, like gaming or browsing. Disabling restart options didn't help. Running programs for long periods without a crash still triggers a restart. Exiting and browsing briefly resets it. Chrome isn't the cause since it also restarts when idle. Sometimes browsing for hours leads to a restart, but eventually it happens again. What might be causing this? The system appears stable, and XMP settings don't seem to resolve the problem.

Check the system with memtest86 and OCCT to verify stability.

I performed a Windows 10 memory test and everything looked good. Still, should I run another check like MemTest? The system isn’t overclocked, and after three months of restarts with no driver changes, it seems stable.

Just check the details and see if ddu works.

I considered trying ddu but realized I last interacted with the drivers three months before the restarts. It’s unclear if they’d still function properly then. Could it be that the PSU is having trouble providing consistent power during low-demand states? The setup includes an R5 3600, RX 590, B450 gaming plus max, Gigabyte G750h, and team delta 3200 RAM.

I turned off xmp prior to launching the thread, but it keeps restarting. The system doesn't show any error messages.
