I've been using my PC for a while now, and over the past couple of years I added two more RAM sticks to reach four slots. Everything works fine with these identical 8GB sticks, but I've started experiencing strange issues when I use more than 16GB. Instead of reaching 17GB, it caps at 16GB and then the system slows down. Is this because the OS is set up for a two-stick setup? Can I adjust this in the BIOS settings? I'm still trying to understand what's happening. Thanks ahead!
