When switching windows or attempting to watch a video in fullscreen, my computer freezes for about 10 to 20 seconds. I reinstalled the drivers, lowered the RAM speed because it was crashing at its maximum rate, and updated the BIOS. I also ran the Windows memory diagnostic tool to test the RAM, but it confirmed the RAM is healthy. CrystalInfo showed that my storage is fine, yet I still can't identify the issue. Please help me.
