Generally, my computer occasionally freezes for a couple of seconds to a few seconds. This occurs while I'm using streaming services or playing games. The temperature looks normal, but I don't know the exact voltage requirements. Since my temp is fine, it seems okay. The freezing doesn't affect my mouse or keyboard keys. Both monitors behave the same way; I couldn't test all of them. Four out of five passed without errors, so it's likely not related to RAM. The CPU is an i9 13900k with a CORSAIR cooler, and I have the ASUS motherboard. The RAM is a CORSAIR Dominator Platinum DDR5 32GB, and the storage includes an SSD and an NVMe HDD. The GPU is an RTX 4090, and the power supply is a Thermaltake model. I've been using this PC for about three months, and all components are new.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
