Since the latest creator update, my PC becomes unresponsive when idle, freezing completely except for mouse movement. Task manager isn’t accessible from the task bar, and pressing the power button yields no results—only the reset button works. I’ve used MS Remote three times and attempted an in-place upgrade once, but it didn’t help. I’ve checked and updated all drivers, and I’m reaching out for advice if anyone can assist.
This error relates to performance power management on processor 7 in group 0, which is disabled because of a firmware issue.
