Since the latest creator update, my PC becomes unresponsive when idle, freezing completely except for mouse movement. Task manager isn’t accessible from the task bar, and pressing the power button yields no results—only the reset button works. I’ve used MS Remote three times and attempted an in-place upgrade once, but it didn’t help. I’ve checked and updated all drivers, and I’m reaching out for advice if anyone can assist.

I checked the reliability log and noticed it consistently displayed code 141.

This error relates to performance power management on processor 7 in group 0, which is disabled because of a firmware issue. It might be connected to your OC settings and the SOC voltage you've been researching. The problem appeared after the fall creators update, and since Prime95 works fine with stable performance, it suggests your hardware or settings may need adjustment.

Freezing persists despite using the default BIOS settings, and the event viewer shows only an error code 10016 unrelated to the issue.
