blower cards perform even worse than those with two or three fans. gigabyte's wf x2 or x3 models are affordable and provide excellent cooling efficiency.
it doesn't behave that way. I prefer something dependable that runs smoothly rather than a powerful card that overheats easily and slows down. Either choose a solid option or skip it completely. I won't just buy the cheapest 2080 Ti just to claim it, because its performance might not match a mid or high-end card if the cooler can't handle it. I'm more likely to get a top-tier 2080 or similar, just like my friend does.
