it's a brick-and-mortar shop with an online presence. they refresh their site promptly whenever items are added or removed. I purchased an Antec HCG Gold 850W PSU two weeks ago and they updated the store with its price and availability right away. When I searched for the Antec HCG Gold 750W, it wasn't listed online, so I contacted their support team who confirmed it was out of stock the day before.

It seems the 2060 is noticeably better than the 5700xt. The cheap cards you saw are mostly blower cards, so you might want to avoid building a PC that runs like an oven.
