his budget sits around 1200 dollars, which feels modest in my region. he mainly edits simple videos and spends most time playing fortnite, aiming for over 200 fps on a 1080p display at 60 hz. he doesn’t plan to overclock the cpu or ram, and this setup should last at least six or seven years. (i told him it’s tough to get this with today’s prices, but fine.) i came up with a configuration: a ryzen 5 3600 gigabyte b450 gaming processor, corsair vengeance 16gb ram (two 8gb sticks), a 3200mmhz cl16 addlink, a 256gb s70 m.2 ssd, a seagate 1tb hdd, and an rtx 2060 windforce oc with antec high current gamer gold 650w power supply and dp301 case. i’m not sure if the case is ideal, but i’d love some advice.
He’s just making a small adjustment to the delay, like a fraction of a second.
He’s likely aiming to upgrade his monitor and needs a reliable cooling solution that lasts at least six to seven years. What’s the top choice for keeping those components cool?
I understand, I’d really like to add a tomahawk but it’s not available right now. I’ve never seen one in this store before, and I know they’re top quality. The Aorus model is pricier, but I’m willing to reach out to them.
