Hello and thank you for reading this thread.
I was without my PC for two years before returning home. When I tried to turn it on, I heard three long beeps. After checking online, I found discussions suggesting the issue might be with the GPU or RAM. I attempted cleaning the components, but the fans continued spinning without any display on the monitor.

I have tried the following steps:
- Cleaning RAM with an eraser and checking motherboard slots
- Removing RAM sticks one by one
- Installing the GPU in a different PCIe slot
- Using no RAM at all
- Leaving the CMOS battery for 7 minutes
- Inspecting and reinserting all cables

I’m on a tight budget, so if it’s a serious problem, I might be in trouble.
Here’s my build:
Mobo; Asus z77
CPU: i7-3770k with liquid metal
GPU: AMD Radeon 570 8GB
RAM: 16GB (4x4x8)
PSU: Corsair VS550
Storage: 500GB Samsung Evo SSD / 1TB HDD / 2TB HDD
Case: Corsair 5000D

Thank you for your time and have a nice day 😀

It's a 13-year-old system, so anything might not work as expected.
Remove the GPU completely.
Insert one stick of RAM into the first slot.
Attempt to power on.
Following that, you should remove the CPU, clean the LM, and reattach the cooler with new thermal paste.

Now it's time to decide if you want to spend money on a over decade old system.
1st thing I would replace would be the PSU.
Then the next would be the motherboard.
There's always the chance that the liquid metal seeped into places on the CPU and did damage.

I understand it's old, but if it's just the PSU I can get by.
I'm planning to visit a store to check things out.
Thanks for your support. You're a nice person.

Replace the CMOS battery. It may not be the root issue, but it's probably beyond its lifespan.

Thank you for the guidance. Yesterday I faced some difficulties getting to it and performing the hard reset.

That's interesting! I checked my sources and found it might be a recognized issue related to starting up. I discovered something new today.
