PC fans just spin for a moment before stopping?
A new PC with fresh components just spins for a second before stopping. I don’t know what’s wrong, I recently bought a B650 E and a Ryzen 5 7600X, but every time I try to boot it, the fans spin for a second then stop. When I used my old parts (B550f, Ryzen 7 2700X), it worked perfectly. I’ve also used 4060 Ti with both and still can’t figure out the problem. The only thing I suspect is that my power supply is outdated—I have a BFG 650W which is very old. Unless the CPU or motherboard is bad, I don’t know how to fix it.
When switching to b650 E and a Ryzen 5 7600x, that's essentially a brand new PC, aren't you? Are you certain all power connectors are connected? Your previous PSU might lack some necessary ports. You also needed to install DDR5 RAM. Which component is the priority? The Ryzen 5 7600x includes an integrated GPU, so you can test without the 4060; just connect the monitor via the MB port.
