Your PC is having issues with dual-channel RAM mode causing beeping, while single-channel mode boots normally and starts Windows without problems. The system runs a Fujitsu Esprimo D583/G with 4GB x2 at 1600MHz RAM.

Have you considered testing both options? Explore all possible stick combinations. If a specific stick triggers a beep, the issue lies there. If a certain slot beeps when a stick is inserted, it’s likely the problem. I own an old laptop that won’t start if a stick is in one of its two slots. After checking, it had a damaged slot with worn contact points.

I switched to dual-channel mode and followed these steps. Checked RAM in both slots, but 3 and 4 weren't recognized, so I asked a friend for assistance. After reseating the CPU, we tried running the PC in dual-channel memory and it worked perfectly!
