It seems like a brief stop somewhere. You might have dropped something or a loose part that caused a short in the motherboard. Remove the sides of the case and verify everything. I’ve had a similar situation before—it turned out there was a tiny screw hidden under the board.

A few GPUs might suffer damage if the fan runs while dust enters. Have you spun the fan while dust was present? If so, consider testing the GT 210 in another system to diagnose the issue.

During cleaning, I placed my 3070 on the CPU and made sure the fans stayed steady while airflow was applied. After removal, I installed the GT210 for diagnostics.

The fan doesn't spin unless there's enough load, so using the fan as an indicator of life is flawed. Check the output rails of the PSU with a multimeter to see if they turn on instead.
